Nine Arches and the Devol's Glen

I was sent these photographs which show different views around the town. They are actually old post cards which have been coloured. I am sure that you will recognise some of the scenes from around the site. The owner of these cards was an avid collector and I am hoping that you will enjoy these as much as he enjyod his hobby. My thanks to Charlie for taking the time to scan and send them.

The computer does not seem to like the colours of them and any attempts at improving them only made the quality worse so they are shown here "as scanned and un-altered.".

My seach for a good photograph of the nine Arches has been a long one after it was requested by some visitors. The re-couloured one was the first one to be added to the site but I can now add a photograph of my own which my family searched high and low for over the last few months......Thanks Mum!
