Work taking place along the river with some of the houses that now form part of the Kingston Dock development being built.
BPI had a clear river view before the new houses were built and the old dock (the Kingston basin) was still to be filled in. In the last images one of the high flats is still wrapped in scaffolding to allow the outside of the building to be worked on.
